ITC Grand Chola awarded final rating
It’s a GRIHA 5 star rated project in Chennai, Tamilnadu. The project has achieved final EPI of 71.52 KWh/m2/Year. The project meets the thermal comfort levels and lighting lux levels of NBC 2005. The water quality confirms with IS Code: 10500.  The outdoor noise levels are within acceptable limits as per CPCB and indoor noise levels are within acceptable limits as per NBC 2005.
