Declaration of incentives to GRIHA Registered buildings -
(a) Punjab Government declares 5 percent floor area ratio free of charges to GRIHA certified buildings
(b) To encourage green development, Ministry of Urban Development issues a notification for Delhi Development Authority to incentivize and provide 1% to 5% extra ground coverage and FAR for projects of more than 3000 sqm plot size on basis of GRIHA evaluation
(c) SIDBI has initiated a Line of Credit (LOC) to finance GRIHA rated projects by offering concessional interest of 75 bps
