It’s a SVAGRIHA 3 star rated project in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The project has demonstrated 36.21% reduction in building water consumption and 64.22% reduction in landscape water consumption below the GRIHA base case. Over 83% of the total living area is day lit.

Environment Ministry proposes green cess to make people more 'ecologically responsible'
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has proposed a green tax to promote “ecologically responsible behaviour”, reported The Hindu. The ministry has drawn up a draft policy that includes the new cess as well as suggestions to spread awareness and encourage the sustainable utilisation of wood.
