GRIHA Council and Pune Municipal Corporation Jointly Organize Half-Day Awareness Programme on GRIHA
GRIHA Council and PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation) signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) last year to promote and incentivize the GRIHA rating system. As per the MoU, PMC will offer upto 15% rebate in the premium amount that is paid by the developer, depending on the GRIHA rating awarded by the GRIHA Council.
