Municipal Commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), Shri. Shravan Hardikar (I.A.S.), which is a GRIHA 3-star rated project. Incentives were approved after completing and showcasing compliance with the national rating system by the project team of Devraai Phase-II. Similarly, occupants shall receive 5% discount in general property tax from PCMC. Respective approval letter was handed over to the project proponent's team of Devraai Phase-II, in presence of Shri.
