A set to brand new rules to create the green buildings of the future has been released. The green code claims to be the first to combine energy, water, waste and greenhouse gas emissions into one set of directives. The Green Property Alliance report released recently called Establishing the Ground Rules for Property aims to give investors and tenants the 'first ever' set of industry-agreed metrics that can be used to measure and compare environmental impact.
