The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) wants all new buildings that come up in the township in the next three-four years to be eco-friendly structures. The PCMC envisions that buildings coming up in the city after three to four years will be green buildings. Ms Priyanka Kochhar, programme manager, strategic partnerships and implementation at ADaRSH (Association for Development and Research of Sustainable Habitats) explained the application process to get a green rating from GRIHA.
