New Delhi: As the world copes with Hagen, the government of Delhi, one of the few cities that can boast of a specific climate change agenda, is busy trying to reduce its carbon footprint by making its buildings energy efficient. The environment department is finally ready with an initial study of 21 government buildings on which it will carry out retrofitting. Work is expected to start in the next two months.
