GRIHA Council offers an opportunity to Consulting firms to associate through empanelment for being associated with GRIHA Product Catalogue and promoting the GRIHA Product Catalogue across PAN India.

Empanelment of consulting firms for GRIHA product catalogue has been developed with an objective of creating a database of firms that are proficient of providing technical support/ documentation support to prospective manufacturer that intends to get their products empanelled in GRIHA Product Catalogue.

Interested consulting firms may submit their applications to GRIHA Council. The firms will be empanelled based on specific evaluation criteria. The empanelled consulting firms will be listed on the GRIHA website with their contact details and the link to their websites.

Empanelment Process

• Download the application form (includes the registration form, declaration, list of documents and annexures).
• Email the application form and relevant documents compressed in a single .rar or .zip folder to “products@grihaindia.org”
• GRIHA Council will acknowledge the receipt of the application and will evaluate the documents. DO NOT PAY THE EMPANELMENT FEES AT THIS STAGE.
• If approved, the consulting firm/consultant will receive an email from GRIHA Council. The empanelment fees must be paid, post approval.
• On receiving the payment, an e-Certificate will be shared with the Consulting Firm/Consultant and will be listed on the GRIHA website within 15 working days.

Evaluation Criteria

The consulting firm(s) submitting the application should fulfil the following criteria:

• Should be registered under state/central government in India.
• Should have successfully empanelled at least 2 GRIHA Product Catalogue certificates for 1 or more company and the certificates shall be valid at the time of enlistment of company/firms.
• Should have at least 1 GRIHA Accredited Professional (GRIHA Certified Professional or GRIHA Evaluator) employed and to be valid at the time of enlistment of firms.
• Should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking in India.

Individual consultants submitting the application should fulfil the following criteria:

• For the consultants practicing individually, proprietorship letter is required.
• Should have successfully empanelled at least 2 GRIHA Product Catalogue certificates for 1 or more company and the certificates shall be valid at the time of enlistment of company/firms.
• Should be GRIHA Certified Professional / GRIHA evaluator.
• Should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking in India.

Fees and Validity

New Registration: Rs. 30,000/- plus government taxes

Revalidation: Rs. 20,000/- plus government taxes

Validity: 2 years

Note: In case the empanelled consultant/firm is held /convicted with submission of forged/doctorate documents for the enlistment, it shall lead to cancellation of certificate with a penalty from immediate effect.
