Green buildings can play a catalytic role in driving energy efficiency. Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment, developed jointly with TERI and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India has now got a national rating with Government buildings and PSUs being the first to adopt this new ranking system.
