Conscient Group, Gurgaon signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GRIHA Council on March 2, 2017 to obtain the GRIHA rating for all their ongoing and upcoming projects. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 8th GRIHA Summit held in IHC, New Delhi.

The MoU was signed by Mr Lalit Jain, Director, Conscient Group and Mr Sanjay Seth, Chief Executive Officer, GRIHA Council, in the presence of Dr Ajay Mathur and other senior officials of Vatika Group and GRIHA Council.

Under the MoU, GRIHA agreed to provide technical support to Conscient Group for integration of green design features in buildings to obtain the GRIHA rating for their upcoming and ongoing projects.
