The CWG (Common Wealth Games Village)-residential project, constructed by one of India's premier real estate developers EMAAR MGF Construction Pvt. Ltd., was conferred with the prestigious GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) plaque for its green building design initiative. The CWG has been awarded Two Star TERI-GRIHA rating. GRIHA is India's National Rating System for green building ‘design evaluation system'. GRIHA has been conceived by TERI and developed jointly with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
