Spread over two acres, the TERI campus in Vasant Kunj is a ‘green’ campus that saves 60% energy and has reduced consumption of water by 25%. The four-storey university building also uses an earth-air tunnel to minimize the use of air-conditioning apart from using thermal mass storage. The building is designed in such a way that it requires minimal artificial lighting in daytime.
