Government of Maharashtra has adopted GRIHA for all the Government and semi-Government structures
Achieving minimum GRIHA Three star rating for construction projects shall be mandatory for all buildings belonging to Government, Semi- Government, local bodies and public sector undertakings for propagating sustainable habitat development in the state.
