The Department of Urban Development, Government of Maharashtra under 'Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulationshas' has notified that an incentive on FSI of three percent for Three Star, five percent for Four Star and seven percent for Five Star rated building shall be granted on submission of Green Building Certificate from GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment).
