Highlighting the importance of energy in our day to day life, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Dr Farooq Abdullah expressed his concern over the diminishing resources of energy. Addressing the ninth edition of Green Building Congress 2011, Dr Abdullah said that 40 per cent of Indian population still depends upon primitive means of energy sources.
