GRIHA Council organized a green building programme for B. Arch and M. Arch students of Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Ansal University, Gurgaon on November 20, 2015.

A presentation on green buildings was delivered by Mr Akash Deep to acquaint the students with the concept of green buildings, their rating process, criteria requirements, and compliance measures for variants of ratings provided by the GRIHA Council.

A field visit was conducted for the students within the CSPA campus, which helped them better understand the importance of designing buildings keeping in mind the visual, thermal, and acoustic comfort of the occupants of the building. Over 65 students and 5 lecturers from Sushant School of Art and Architecture participated and benefited from the programme. A certificate of participation and a pen drive was given to students at the end of the training session.
