The Haryana Building Code 2017 incentivizes GRIHA Rated projects by awarding additional FAR of up-to 15%.

3%, 6%, 9%, 12% or 15% additional FAR shall be awarded to all building uses (except plotted residential) for achieving a 1-star, 2-star, 3-star, 4-star or 5-star GRIHA Rating respectively.
