HIRCO  currently is developing two master planned townships, both called ‘ Palace Gardens ' in Oragadam near Chennai and in Panvel, near Mumbai. Hirco designs its world-class townships to enhance the lives of the people who live and work there.

As a responsible real estate developer, Hirco adheres to sustainable environmental practices (Green Buildings) to further reduce the townships' dependence on the public infrastructure and make them self-sustaining. Hirco is adopting cost-effective but most innovative measures, towards creation of sustainable habitat developments to reduce carbon footprint.
