The newly constructed "Akshay Urja Bhawan" in Sector17, Panchkula, built by Haryana Government at a cost of Rs 11 crore, has been awarded for its “exemplary demonstration of integration solar passive features” by the Association for Development and Research on Sustainable Habitats, New Delhi.
