Training workshop was conducted for 80 students of MBA in Construction Planning Management (CPM) and Construction Economics & Quality Surveying (CEQS) course at RICS, Amity University NOIDA on 13th& 15th of Oct 2015.

A presentation on good construction management practices implemented in GRIHA projects was explained by GRIHA officials which was followed with an hands on exercise on construction management. Students were asked to development construction management plan and PERT chart for a sample project in Delhi.

This program helped the students learn about sustainable site management strategies that should be adopted during construction which intern would help in reducing the time, cost of the projects and further reduce impact on environment by the construction activity.
